- SEWERAGE AS AN INFORMATION BASE IN URBAN AND BASIN AREAS -ATTEMPTS TO UTILIZE OPERATION MANAGEMENT DATA-, 1, J1, 278, 285, 11 Nov. 2020, Sewerage has been developed with the major objectives of "inundation control," "improvement of public health", and "conservation of water quality in public water areas". In recent years, in addition to these purposes, the practical application of the recovery of resources and energy of sewage such as phosphorus recovery and methane fermentation has been attempted. On the other hand, although the facilities are becoming obsolete, it is difficult to renew the facilities due to the financial situation and the declining state of the population. Therefore, it is required to appropriately manage the existing facilities. In order to achieve these objectives and perform more appropriate value-added operation management, it is necessary to collect the necessary and sufficient information and utilize it. In this study, the possibility of various information that sewerage has is considered. The water quality of effuluent from a wastewater treatment plant is predicted by machine learning using the operation & management data acquired every day as an example of information utilization. The ideal ways of sewerage as an information base in the catchment area are considered and discussed as well.
- Study on the idea of land use regulation focusing on Article 39 of the Building Standards Law, Kodama Chie, Kubota Aya, Journal of the City Planning Institute of Japan, 48, 3, 201, 206, 2013, 公益社団法人 日本都市計画学会, Considering national financial situation under the population decreasing, there has been more and more necessity for establishing the spatial planning institutions regarding disaster risk control, which includes land use regulations, to reduce public investment. The purpose of this study is to reveal the original idea of Article 39 of the Building Standards Law as one of the land use regulation in Japan. Through this study, we revealed the original idea of Article 39 of the Building Standards Law was to enhance the local robustness through land use regulation before disaster. However, it has been almost forgotten throughout this half century due to its difficulties in application criteria or luck of the local governments' initiative to regulate land use of established city area.

- 2023, 2年次前期の必修となる本科目は、地域の空間的、環境的な側面に焦点を当て、観光まちづくりの対象となる地域の資源や特性・課題を客観的に把握するための調査手法を学修する演習科目である。具体的には、地域に足を運んで実施する調査手法、また地域の風景、暦、市街地・集落空間、政策・計画、社会・経済、人の流れ・交通に関する調査手法およびこれらのデータの収集・活用方法、情報を伝えるデザインの表現技法について、基礎的な知識と実践するスキルを学ぶ。|（本科目は、シラバス上に記載されている担当教員１名ではなく、各スキルに詳しい複数の担当教員が授業内容に応じて交代で授業を実施する。各回の授業実施教員から受講者へのお知らせはMicrosoft Teamsを用いる。Teams上の重要なお知らせを見逃さないよう十分に注意すること。初回授業の配信動画内で、受講教室＝スタジオの確認方法を指示する。必ず視聴し、第2回授業時は各自指示されたスタジオ（教室）に出席すること。）
- 2023, 本科目は１年次後期に開講する少人数制の選択科目のゼミナールである。担当教員が専門分野に従って提示する課題の中から2つに取り組むことで、観光まちづくりに関連する各専門分野のより個別的な内容にふれるとともに、観光まちづくりへの多様なアプローチを実践的に学んでいく。また、導入ゼミナールで身につけたアカデミックスキルを実際の研究やプロジェクトに近い形で活用する。|本科目の履修を通して、自らの興味・関心を観光まちづくりの関連分野でどのように位置づけ、掘り下げていくことができるのかを考える。
